These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between Reseffi Ltd (“Reseffi”, “we”, “us”) and the business entity using our reservation management platform (“Client”, “you”).

By creating an account or using our Service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Reseffi provides a cloud-based software platform that helps hospitality and service businesses (such as restaurants, cafés, hotels, and similar venues) manage bookings, guest profiles, notifications, and related operations (“Service”).

If payment is overdue by more than two months, Reseffi may suspend or terminate access to the Service until payment is made in full.

Reseffi offers yearly subscriptions and custom agreements.

5. Non-payment

If payment is overdue by more than two months, Reseffi may suspend or terminate access to the Service until payment is made in full.

Minor or administrative updates may take effect immediately upon posting on our website or in the platform.

If the agreement is terminated before the end of a paid billing period, fees already paid are non-refundable, unless the termination is caused by a verified fault of Reseffi.

After termination, your access will end and your data will be deleted or returned upon request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Reseffi acts as a Data Processor when processing data on behalf of the Client.

Access will be restored as soon as the issue is resolved.

9. Client Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data related to your business, guests, and operations within the platform.

Most data (such as bookings or guest information) is generated by your guests when they use your booking tools. Reseffi processes this data on your behalf to operate and improve the Service.

Reseffi will not sell or share this data with third parties, except as required by law or with your consent.

10. Branding and Customization

Reseffi offers optional visual customization features such as website widget colors and limited branding options of the system’s user interface.

You may add internal notes, tags, or comments — these remain part of your business data.

Reseffi owns all intellectual property rights in the platform, software, design, and documentation.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business operations only.

You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

Unless you opt out by emailing us, Reseffi may include your business name and logo in its marketing materials and client lists. You can opt out at any time.

Reseffi will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care.

15. Limitation of Liability

Reseffi will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care.

Reseffi’s total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by the Client during the previous 12 months.
Reseffi is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or matters where liability cannot be limited by law.

However, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
